Why this page exists

AurumX is built around randomised outcomes for real money. We take that seriously. Even when the underlying product is collectible precious metal — not chips on a felt — the loop of “pay, watch, win or lose, decide whether to do it again” can become a problem if you’re not paying attention.

Deposit limits (coming soon)

You’ll be able to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Once set, you can decrease a limit immediately, but increases take 24 hours to take effect — a deliberate friction so the decision happens with a clear head.

Time-out (coming soon)

Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During the time-out you cannot open packs, deposit funds, or shop the market.

Self-exclusion

Email support@aurumxgold.app with the subject “Self-exclusion request” and the duration (minimum 6 months, or permanent). We will:

  1. Lock your account against any further opens or deposits within 24 hours.
  2. Refund any unused balance to your original payment method.
  3. Not solicit you with marketing for the duration of the exclusion.
  4. Refuse to reopen the account before the exclusion ends, even at your request.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete my account). Deletion removes your profile, addresses, and vault contents. If you have an active self-exclusion, contact support before deleting so the exclusion period carries forward against any future sign-up attempt.
